Is fitness included with my tenancy?

Yes — all 32,000 square feet. Classes, the equipment floor, lockers, and your first personal training session are covered by your company's lease. You only ever pay for extras like ongoing one-on-one coaching.

How do class reservations work?

One click from the schedule — no forms, no confirmation emails to chase. If a class fills, join the waitlist and you're bumped in automatically when a spot opens.

Can I reserve equipment ahead of time?

The Peloton studio, sauna, and lifting platforms book by the half hour, up to a week out. Everything else on the floor is walk-in.

What are the floor's hours?

Badge access from 5:30a to 10:00p on weekdays, 8:00a to 6:00p on weekends. Coached classes run weekdays; the floor is yours the rest of the time.
