Who can book spaces at the Pyramid?

Any tenant with an account — and pricing is always visible before you commit. Smaller rooms book instantly; signature venues and full-floor events go through a quick approval, usually within the business day.

How far in advance should I book?

Boardrooms are often available same-week. For receptions and full-floor events, two to six weeks gives the team room to do their best work — but rush requests get answered, not refused.

Can I bring outside catering or vendors?

Yes. The building's culinary team covers most events, and approved outside vendors are welcome — Maya coordinates insurance and load-in so you don't have to.

Can guests from outside the building attend?

Of course. Add guests to your booking and the security desk gets the list for same-day lobby access — no escorts, no badges to manage.
